2023 ISPE Student Attendance Grant

ISPE Foundation is proud to announce the expansion of its Student Grant Program, due to the generous support from Gilead Sciences. Their gift will enable up to 25 students focused in STEM to attend the prestigious 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo, 15-18 October in Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon selection, disbursements will be made to students who are looking to further their career in the pharmaceutical the engineering industry. The grant covers travel expenses and an In-Person All-Access conference pass registration to the Conference.

Issuance of the 2023 ISPE is consistent with the ISPE Foundation’s mission to fuel global health equity by fostering access to knowledge and nurturing diverse talent.

Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in studies focused on STEM 
• As part of your application, you must either fill out the W-9 if you reside within the United States or W-8BEN if you reside outside the United States. Your application will not be considered without this.
• As part of your application, you must fill out and include with your submission the 'ISPE Grant Release and Waiver'.

Nature of Grant:

The recipient of the 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Las Vegas, NV will receive the following:

• Funds to covers travel expenses and In-person All Access Conference Registration to the 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Las Vegas, NV 

General Information

Grant disbursement decisions are made consistent with the ISPE Foundation Disbursement Policy and are based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:

• Alignment with established ISPE Foundation mission and objectives
• rant is conference experience only and only available to local students or recent graduates
• This grant does not include membership
• Availability of  funds
• Timely receipt of a completed Grant Request Form
