Professional Development Grant - 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo

Eligibility:

Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in studies focused on STEM
Current student or graduate within 1 - 5 years of graduation
Participants awarded a travel grant in the previous calendar year are ineligible. (Example: If a student was awarded a Student Travel Grant/Professional Development Grant for the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo, they would not be eligible to receive a travel grant the next year)
As part of your application, you must fill out and include the 'ISPE Grant Release and Waiver' with your submission.
As part of your application, you must submit a CV/Resume.
Applicants from North America, South America, APAC, and Africa are strongly encouraged to apply.

It is important for all applicants to realize that the grants received from ISPE are given with the understanding that such funds are to be used only for the purposes stated in their grant application.

In the event that circumstances preclude the recipient from using the grant money to carry out its intended purpose, recipients are required to notify ISPE at nominations@ispe.org. If ISPE decides that such alternate use is not within its mission, the recipient will be required to return the money to ISPE.

As a condition of receipt of the ISPE Professional Development Grant, recipients are required to submit a report detailing how the grant was utilized within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the event. This report should summarize your attendance and the benefits you received as a result of your attendance.

Applicants will be ineligible for future grants if the grant utilization report is not received within this time frame.

As a condition of receipt of the ISPE Professional Development Grant, recipients are required to submit an ISPE Grant Release & Waiver and fill out a W-9 (United States recipients) or a W-8BEN if you reside outside the United States.
