Which Training Course?

I need help with my user name or password

Go to the Member Login page and find the links for Forgot Username? or Forgot Password?.
If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
I want to change the email linked to my account

You can update your email by accessing your Member Profile.

If you have lost access to your account, or to the original email address used to register as an ISPE Member, please contact Member Services for help.
I want to join an Affiliate or Chapter

You will need to update your Profile settings to join an Affiliate or Chapter.

From your Member Profile, go to the Interest and Communities tab and select your Affiliate or Chapter.
I want to join a Community of Practice

You will need to update your Profile settings to join any or all Communities of Practice. To see how to do this, view the help video on the Communities of Practice page.

How do I become a Member?

Learn about each of the Membership options, select your membership category, and complete the instructions.

I am having technical issues when trying to Join or Renew

We apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered during the Join or renew process. Please contact Member Services with the details of the error message you are receiving.
I want to transfer my membership to another person

ISPE membership is individual and not transferable. For more information, visit the Join or Renew page..
I want to cancel my membership

You may terminate your membership with a full refund within 30 days of purchase via written notice to ask@ispe.org.

Membership purchased in conjunction with a conference or training event is only refundable upon approved cancellation of an event. For more information, visit the Join or Renew page.
I want to access the Member Directory

The Member Directory is a resource made available to Members only.

The ISPE website search will not display information from the Member Directory

ISPE Training offers custom, on-site training to meet your needs. Use the Custom Training Quote form and provide the required information. Once the form is submitted, a member of our ISPE Training department will connect with you.

When you register for an ISPE Classroom Training course, you will receive an email approximately 7 days before the date of your course. The email will contain information on how to access your downloads. From the date of receiving the email, you will have 30 days to access the resources. If you have not received this email, please contact us.

When you register for an ISPE Online Learning course, you can access your downloads from your Member Profile by going to the My Downloads tab and following the Dashboard Login link.

ISPE will provide Continuing Education Units (ISPE CEUs) for all courses. Verification of CEUs is based on attendance as well as satisfactory completion of all evaluation materials.

When you have attended an ISPE Classroom Training course, you will find your CEUs in your Member Profile by going to the My CEUs tab.

When you have attended an ISPE Online Learning course, you will find your CEUs in your Member Profile by going to the My Downloads tab and following the Dashboard Login link. Please review your training history in this dashboard to access your CEUs.

To receive the group registration discount, please contact Member Services to begin your registration.

Can I purchase a digital version, or e-book, of a Guidance Document?

When viewing the information for an individual Guidance Document, you will see an option to Buy Now for a Digital Only copy. Nearly all ISPE Guidance Documents offer a digital copy option.

In addition to receiving a downloadable copy of the publication, you can also use the Guidance Document Portal to access your library of purchased items.

When you purchase a Bound Version of a Guidance Document, you will receive the publication in the mail. You will also be able to view this product in the Guidance Document Portal. When purchasing a bound version, you will not receive a digital version of the guide.

As links to content changes over time, it may be helpful for you to try the Site Search tool. If you have landed on a Page not foundmessage, please copy and paste the URL Address of the web page, contact us.
