ISPE Knowledge without Borders
Strengthens engagement with stakeholders in prioritized geographical markets.
ISPE Knowledge without Borders makes pharmaceutical manufacturing best practices available to new and emerging markets, helping to implement processes in line with the regulatory requirements that deliver better outcomes.
ISPE Knowledge without Borders
In today’s rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape, expanding into emerging economy markets presents challenges. Companies entering these markets must ensure the application of the industry’s universal standards and best practices related to manufacturing processes, regulatory harmonization, and production quality. Equipping local facilities, systems, and regulatory bodies with necessary knowledge is essential to maintain industry standards.
Our Impact
Individual Impact Story
“A capable and skilled workforce is required for medicines developed by the pharmaceutical industry across the globe and the ever-advancing technologies used in their development. My vision for the Technology without Borders program is to not only make the technology and information accessible, but then to work with the key stakeholders in these regions so there is an ecosystem of highly skilled people who can help support the further development and implementation of this knowledge.”

Testimonial from 2023 Course Participant
“I see in this course a great opportunity to increase my knowledge in biological processes. It is growing a lot in the local market, and I have some customers in that area. I am sure that I have the opportunity to be more assertive in the future.”
Technology without Borders
The ISPE Foundation’s Technology without Borders program, closely aligned with the ISPE Knowledge without Borders program, expedites the availability of essential industry guidance documents and associated training to emerging economies, regulatory bodies, and organizations that may have limited or no access to pharmaceutical industry best practices and standards. The program responds to global challenges in the development, manufacture, and supply of quality pharmaceutical products for the benefit of patients around the world.
