The ISPE Women in Pharma® group is a member-exclusive initiative committed to bridging gender, cultural, organizational, and geographic boundaries to maximize the impact women have on the pharmaceutical industry, and their respective communities.

Women in Pharma® aspires to create a pharmaceutical industry that is equitable, inclusive, free of biases and stereotypes, where diversity of thought thrives. Our Dedication

We are dedicated to creating greater equality, opportunity, and corporate success by increasing the number of people from under-represented groups in the pharmaceutical industry. To meet this challenge, the ISPE Foundation has established Women in Pharma® to provide professional education and foster mentorship and networking opportunities for women.

Women in Pharma® provides a forum through which women in the pharmaceutical industry can connect and collaborate on technical and career advancement. It also provides opportunities for women to speak on issues impacting the industry, including delivering technical presentations and contributing to panel discussions. We aim to enable career success and work-life balance with our community of Women in Pharma® mentors, as well as an array of resources and educational sessions available to women across all stages of their careers.
